  • Shipping & Delivery

    We use USPS, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and DHL as our carriers. Please select your item(s) and preferred method, and the system will generate a rate for your purchase. This feature is not available for items that require "Freight" shipping. We recommend that you contact us before checking out and we will manually provide you with a freight quote.

    Items that are offered with "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" in the item description above only qualify for flat rate shipping to the lower 48 states in the USA Only. Calculated Shipping cost will be charged for all orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska, and US Territories. International Customers - We suggest you get a shipping quote prior to purchasing. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If needed, check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

    When purchasing and shipping multiple items, we recommend that you contact our logistics department to insure that the most economical solution is afforded to your purchase. The system does not aggregate and discount multiple orders.

This Privacy Policy describes how we use and do not use information provided to us at digitechx.com, and the steps we take to protect it. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected online.

    Personal information we collect online

    When you make a purchase on ctistore.com, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. If your order is to be shipped, we also need the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s).

    You also may create an account through digitechx.com at any time by providing your email address and designating a unique access password. Creating an account allows you to save certain billing information so that you can track the status of your orders and set your ordering preferences. For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card numbers in your account. You may change saved account information at anytime.

    Information Sharing

    We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personal information to third-party companies for their marketing purposes. We do provide your personal information to reputable organizations that help us to fulfill your order. For example, we use companies to verify and process credit card transactions, to deliver packages, to schedule and perform product installations and to administer service programs. We may share your information with others who help us analyze sales data, maintain our records, and provide other services for Digitechx such as collect site navigation information.
    We may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties if necessary to comply with applicable laws, subpoenas or court orders.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Digitechx offers a standard 90 day replacement warranty for all of its products unless otherwise noted. We will either replace your defective item or refund your purchase within 10 days of receipt at our logistics facility. We will conduct an exhaustive testing to confirm the defect and once approved we will issue a refund. Because of the nature of the secondary market, we are aware that equipment can fail within the warranty period. It is our goal to mitigate this proclivity with a replacement policy. We do not cover however, negligent practices during the installation process, improper handling or storage procedures of this static sensitive equipment. Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return of any type will be accepted without a valid RMA number. Please complete and submit an RMA Return Request Form to request an RMA number.

    Once approved, you will receive an email containing instructions and RMA label with your RMA number and assigned return address pre-printed on it. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date it was issued. Please use our pre-printed label to ensure the quickest return possible. If you do not use our pre-printed label, please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box or expired will be refused or returned to sender at the consumer's risk and expense.

    All returned products must be complete and contain all original equipment received with matching serial numbers from the original shipment. All merchandise returned must be properly packaged in the same quality of the original packaged received. This includes anti-static bags, foam or suspension packaging, bubble wrap and other protective material and enclosed in durable corrugated shipping containers, appropriate for the merchandise. If the item was shipped on a pallet we expect to receive the item with the same packaging standards. Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment will void the warranty and will be returned to you non-repaired at your expense.

    Please take the time to carefully our offerings and their configurations before purchasing. If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact customer service with inquiries. Because of the nature of pre-used equipment, configurations may be altered. We encourage you to carefully review our descriptions and details of each item in your cart.

  • Payment

    We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Credit Cards will be authorized at the time the order is placed. When your item is shipped, the transaction will be charged to your card. Paypal will be charged at the time of the order regardless of ship date.

  • Viewing Orders

    You will be allowed to review and confirm your order prior to purchase. If you register for an account with Digitechx.com, you will be able to review your history and manage existing orders. If you check out as a guest you will have limited access to track your history.

  • Pricing & Promotions

    Digitechx reserves the right to change pricing on our merchandise at any time. The pricing that appears in our store will always be updated and reflect the current pricing. If we run special promotions that are time sensitive, those offerings and pricing models are good for the promotion period only. If you have missed a promotion, you are certainly welcome to contact customer services and request that promotion pricing be applied to a specific order and will be considered on a one-off transaction.
